Spidey fights Whiplash first, but gets drugged and beaten in the fight. He’s revived in an ER, and we get a nice frame showing his partnership with Captain Jeanne DeWolff.
Whiplash is partnered with Wraith, who tries to get DeWolff (his sister) to kill herself.
