The VIGIL storyline ends when Punisher and Lady Punisher–and a bunch of copycat vigilantes–expose the corruption in that police strike team.
I mean, there’s more to it than that but…Not much. The story is fine, even better than average, and the art is about the same. There’s definitely some “Punisher fatigue” setting in for me–what with him having three monthlies in addition to one-shots and other appearances.
What this is really doing is sweeping clean a lot of the side stories and bringing Punisher back after his “death.” The big “Countdown” story is next.
