Let me get this straight: I pay $10 and I get an Excalibur story that’s NOT written by Chris Claremont and NOT drawn by Alan Davis?

The story is Excalibur vs the Lightning Squad, an alternate universe Nazi version of Excalibur. Actually, the team members switch with each other, so our heroes are in the Nazi world.
Then they go home.
Penciler Chris Wozniak took his name off this and was credited as “Justin Thyme.” He was filling in pages Tom Morgan didn’t finish. It’s also not billed on the cover as an annual, but the Excalibur book didn’t get one in 1990–so this is either/both a graphic novel and annual. I’ve tagged it as both.
