This is pretty much the entire plot of the early ’70s series, Super Villain Team-Up.
Namor refuses to go along, so Doom subdues him with a collar.
Then, Doom blows Namor’s horn and rides Namor’s big beast.
This is a super kinky comic. I so much want it to be canon.
Spider-Man is largely irrelevant in this issue.
