This story takes place when Luke Cage required open heart surgery and surrendered to Norman Osborn–because Osborn had the ability to weaken Cage’s skin long enough to perform the operation.
His teammates have assembled a group to free him. To lure away his Dark Avengers, a group of Avengers attack Camp HAMMER (where the Avengers Initiative is located), while others sneak aboard the helicarrier holding Luke.

Iron Fist punches the floor and crashes the carrier. Honestly, these things crash all the time. I don’t know why SHIELD keeps building them.
The team successfully extracts Cage, but find out that he has a transmitter installed in his heart so…Hank Pym and Doctor Strange shrink down to remove it.

Here’s a question, though: Stephen Strange was an accomplished medical surgeon before he became the master of the mystic arts. If the Avengers had the tech to shrink down and fix Luke’s heart, bypassing his bulletproof skin, then why did he have to surrender to Osborn in the first place?
Anyway, the team brings the transmitter, which is also a bomb, to Osborn’s summer home where it explodes. Norm is mad and yells at Hood. Hood shoot Jonas Harrow in the face.

Yes, Jonas Harrow is dead. Actually dead. I don’t think he ever comes back. All because he built a heart bomb that he couldn’t remotely deactivate, which led to Norman Osborn losing his summer home.
