It looks like a Shogun Warrior foot.
Combatra was my absolute favorite toy as a kid.
He was solid metal, heavy, and each part of his body came off to form a vehicle. His feet were light armored vehicles. His legs a flying vehicle–and so was his torso and head. His chest was a massive tank. So damn cool.
