Bill Hader and Seth Meyers, both of Saturday Night Live, write a comic. On the plus: Kevin Maguire does the art and the jokes are better-than-usual. On the negative: “Better-than-usual” for humorous one-shots is a low bar. A bunch of costumes cause confusion on Halloween.
