Chuck Austen’s run finally ends.
There is a new Brotherhood of Evil mutants made up of NONE of the original members. (That’s them on the cover, above.). It’s led by Exodus and includes Sabretooth, Black Tom and Juggernaut, Avalanche, Nocturne and the all-new villain, Mammomax. He’s the smartest of the bunch because he realizes that this is a lame brotherhood and only joined because he thought Magneto was a badass.
I say he’s the smartest, but note that I DIDN’T say he’s smart.
Oh, and he looks like a wooly mammoth.
The team disbands after this story because they failed, in three issues, to foment a complete mutant revolution.
