This issue starts with a funny and sweet flashback to Hank McCoy as a kid, where he dismantles his school’s bus…
…And teaches us readers the basics of vehicular physics.
But then it gets very, very dark as Dark Beast starts killing students of that same school–and those who knew the 616 timeline’s Hank McCoy when he was a kid at that school.
Inevitably, the two Beasts end up in battle and good Beast loses…And gets bricked up into a wall by his Dark counterpart.
Dude. That’s seriously f-ed up.
With the “real” Beast trapped, Dark Beast can now assume his identity–all in an effort to avoid being detected by Mister Sinister.
(Why didn’t he just kill him and hide the body?)
