Finally! This series had basically been an “Untold Tales” series for Captain America, and we’re finally getting to MODOK!
Both MODOK and Captain America jointly hallucinate, which means this issue is just complete off-the-wall, bonkers silliness. Then, after pages and pages of bizarre and cartoony weirdness, the story ends with JFK being shot.
I would have preferred that the Sentinel of Liberty MODOK story be more consequential. This is extremely odd. But it was fun.
