Apparently, after his fight with Ka-Zar, Thanos got imprisoned at Stonehenge. I don’t remember that happening. Anyway, he gets briefly free and fights Hulk and X-Man, after (of course) Hulk and X-Man fight each other.
The premise is that Thanos lures Hulk into helping him escape the “energy prison” of Stonehenge. X-Man tries to stop Hulk. Hulk does it anyway. X-Man teams up with Hulk to undo what Hulk did.
Hulk briefly gets an armored power up.
It’s a fine annual, I just wish I understood how Thanos got trapped there in the first place. I particularly enjoyed ChrisCross’ art.
