Sabretooth kidnaps Kitty Pryde for ransom. Wolverine asks Shang Chi for help rescuing her. Chi refuses to help him fight, but teaches him some karate.
OK. There is a lot wrong here. Like, why wouldn’t all the X-Men help? Why is Chi unwilling to help save an innocent life? And why is Sabretooth being such a dick just for money? The story tries to answer those questions but the answers are weak an not true to character.
