When I was about 10, I went to Maine for the summer with my folks and they got me a stack of the Tarzan books by Edgar Rice Burroughs. This was in 1980, before it was un-PC to read them. This was the print for the cover of the first of Burroughs’ many novels.
I stared at that cover for hours like an idiot.
