The panel is from Dynamo 5 #1, a neat little Image comic by writer Jay Faerber and artist Mahmud A. Asrar about a team of five young heroes, each of whom has one super power taken from Dynamo, a deceased superhero who had all five of their powers. It takes place in the shared Invincible/Savage Dragon universe. I highly recommend that you go pick it up in trade.
As for this great funeral scene…I spotted, Invincible, the Firebirds, the Noble family (from another great Image book, Noble Causes), and Savage Dragon.
