A long (too long) story where Joe Kelly tries to make Aquaman interesting. He can’t. But in the process we get a hugely expanded Justice League (15 members!). Only issues #69-75 are “officially” the “Obsidian Age” event, but they all really fit into it.
It’s really not great—I think it’s just a platform to launch an Aquaman solo book. But in the aftermath, issue #76, Plastic Man quits the JLA to raise the son Joe Kelly introduced in #65.
