This is an unusually dark Excalibur story that starts with a six year old girl beaten up, kidnapped, and thrown in a sewer. That’s very mature content from a comic that has generally been a joke-y, silly series.
From there, it’s D’spayre.
Not good.
It’s a filler issue.
