A bunch of assassins try to kill Elektra for things her skrull double did after kidnapping and replacing her. One of them is Hawkeye/Bullseye.
Since she was held by the skrulls and doesn’t know that she was replaced, she doesn’t remember all the things “she” did (because she didn’t do them).
In the end she remembers it all.
Oh, and of course nobody successfully kills her, including Bullseye (sent by Osborn). Wolverine guest stars.
This is just an action story with a flimsy backing plot.
