Creator: Keith Giffen

Best known for important work at DC (notably the Legion of Super Heroes’ Great Darkness Saga), Giffen’s earliest work was with Marvel, creating Rocket Raccoon with Bill Mantlo.  He returned in the 2000s to relaunch Marvel’s cosmic line in the Annihilation Event.
