Several beings have been recruited to serve as various Apocalypse Horsemen.  If they are otherwise established characters (e.g., Wolverine or Taliban), then this tag is not used.  It’s only used for people like Autumn Rolfson (Famine) or Abraham Kieros (War), who only appear as Horsemen.
