Character: Justice (Vance Astro) (aka Major Victory, Marvel Boy)

This character has had almost as many identities as Hank Pym.  He started as Marvel Boy when, as a kid, his telekinetic powers started to show.

Formed the New Warriors and became Justice.  

In the (a?) future, he’s the Captain America for the original Guardians of the Galaxy, going by Major Victory.
