Character: Night and Day (Cloak and Dagger villains)

Empowered by Mr. Jip to help him steal Cloak’s cloak.  Night can make people do bad things (i.e., trigger their “dark sides”).  Day can steal people’s health (i.e., their “light”).  Get it?  They’re like Cloak and Dagger kinda.
