Created by Enchantress and Baron Zemo, has ionic powers similar to Wonder Man.  Strength. Durability.  

Returned from the dead as a member of Lethal Legion, and then joined Thunderbolts.

Josten has had many identities.  He was Goliath seven issues before Hank Pym took that name.
