Character: Crimson Dynamo (Yuri Petrovitch)

The fourth Crimson Dynamo.  I really hope they clean the armor out between users.

This one appeared in exactly one story, against The Champions, teamed up with other Russian villains like Titanium Man.  The next version would also be part of a Russian team, but would have a longer run as a member of the Soviet Super Soldiers.
