Character: Crimson Dynamo 8 (Grenady Gravilov)

Found an old Crimson Dynamo helmet and became the character for exactly one terrible miniseries.

Weird how in the Marvel Universe, high tech machinery just lays around waiting to be found.  Same thing happened with Ultron.  More than once.
