Character: Kasper Cole (Black Panther/White Tiger)

Police officer who was briefly Black Panther until T’Challa took the mantle back, and Cole became the new White Tiger.  Cole received synthetic “Heart Shaped Herb” that gave him partial Panther powers without a full ascension.
