Character: Black Knight (Dane Whitman)

Armed with an Ebon Blade, riding a winged horse, Black Knight is still, at bottom, a stupid character.  He was turned to stone by Enchantress for a long, long time, and I really liked him as a statue.

Sadly, he was brought back to flesh in Avengers #226.
