Cap goes to London, meets Captain Britain, and fights him.
Except it’s Modred. And there’s no foolin’ Cap.
It’s a tasty battle.
Modred the Mystic is mad about having lost the book of Darkhold and has stolen Cap Britain’s identity.
He captures the Captains.
Captain Britain doesn’t have his powers, so Cap America has to teach him how to lift with his shoulders.
Not much more to this issue than that. I’m not a huge fan of Merlin and Captain Britain. I don’t love magic.
And much of CB’s history is in UK comics that I haven’t read.
I like Captain Clean though.
I’m grateful Mike Carlin’s short run is ending.
