Taking place during Cable’s teen years, this miniseries takes place after the fall of Apocalypse and shows Nathan’s rise as the “messiah” of the Askani.
This is really for hardcore fans of Cable. It’s not bad, but it’s also not terribly interesting or original.
It does feature several characters who made (or will make) their way back to the 616 timeline. The sentient ship from X-Factor belongs to Cable. Blaquesmith is here, and we see the creation of the Zero robot by a young Stryfe. And Cable’s future wife, Jenskot debuts (using the name Aliya).
