Amazing Spider-Man Family #3 (2008)

I question my own decision to include every single 616 comic on this blog.  These anthologies are hard to write about because so little happens in them and what does happen is usually mediocre or worse and rarely matters.

But at least the cover to this issue lets me use my tag for people reading comic books.

DeMatteis and Semeiks offer a story from Peter Parker’s high school days where Spider-Man inspires a kid to turn away from a life of crime.  DeFalco and Nauk give us a Rhino story.  Moore and Semeiks have Spidey beating up some guys on a train.

And best of all, Colleen Coover shows how when some burglars bust into Aunt May’s home, she dons her nephew’s costume and does some “Home Alone” stuff on their asses.

Nice. I say that counts as cosplay.
