Now that Captain America is dead and Logan has his memories back, he gets drunk in front of the Captain America statue at the Smithsonian and reminisces about how during World War II he and Nick Fury freed Cap and Bucky from a prison camp.

Only to learn thereafter that Logan’s handlers worked for Baron Von Strucker and Logan’s real mission was to kill Cap.
Obviously, he didn’t do that.

Instead, Cap realized Logan was a double agent and beat him up. Then Bucky shot him in the heart.
Bucky’s pretty badass in this issue.

I’m sure it’s because of the upgrade he’s getting from Brubaker and Epting over in the pages of the Captain America series.
At the very end of this issue, we see Deadpool being hired to go after Wolverine by a mysterious employer.
Daniel Way is a highly accessible, albeit simple, writer. This was very readable, but also forgettable.
