Jason Aaron writes a single issue drawn by new series artist Howard Chaykin, where Romulus puts Wolverine in a pit where a man with a machine gun constantly shoots at him. For weeks. Wolverine has to talk his way out to get the man to stop shooting him, get out, and break free of the prison facility.
It does a good job at establishing Romulus as a complete sadist, and Aaron writes well. Not much more to say here.
