Apparently, they’d let anyone draw a Punisher or Wolverine book in 1993. This miniseries is a flashback that wraps some plotlines involving Damage and The Reavers that were left dangling after Carl Potts stopped writing Punisher War Journal three years ago.
Did you remember that he left some plotlines dangling?
I bet you didn’t. And that’s why there’s no need to care about this series, which is poorly drawn. It’s not a bad series, it’s just way past due–if it had come out back when Potts was still working on PWJ (and if it had a better artist) it would be fine.
