This is the fourth story in this continually surprising series, and this time it’s a morality play involving a taxi cab driver who is dying of cancer, accidentally figures out that Peter Parker is Spider-Man, and is faced with “cashing out” on his knowledge (and paying his medical bills) or not blowing up a superhero’s spot.
Along the way, there’s a scene at the Spider-Man convention…
…where some creators argue about Silver Surfer:
Anyone know who they are supposed to represent? I don’t think it’s the creators of this story, Lee Weeks and Bruce Jones.
Is it possible for this series to continue to hit these kinds of home runs?
