A quick series that takes place in Hulk’s early years.
The series was fun, and I’m always happy to see Rick Leonardi getting paid to draw stuff, but I’m not sure it’s in continuity. There’s a second Hulk named Rampage who is the main adversary across #1-5 of the series, and he’s never seen again.
The FF are brought in at the end to contain Hulk.
Issue #6 has a different writer, Terry Kavanagh, and it’s not as good. It’s also got Puma so…Ugh.
I don’t know if this was intended for 6 issues–I suspect it was supposed to continue longer. Here’s the final panels…
