Character: Skull the Slayer (Blazing Skull)

Fantasy character.  The splash page to #1 of his solo comic, below, and his name tell you everything you need to know.  Except that Mark Gruenwald later turned him into a new version of WW2 villain Blazing Skull.  That was a bit ponderous.

And then he became part of Doctor Druid’s crew and went by the name Scully.  And teamed up with Hawkeye.
