A New Universe book that ran for three years! An unusual success, but I guess the fact that it was created by editor Archie Goodwin gave it some pull. It certainly wasn’t the quality. Like most NU books, it was mediocre when it was running at its best, and didn’t really do anything new for the medium. And speaking of mediums, Psi-Force was about a group of teens with psychic abilities. When they would work together, they’d form a collective psi-hawk—forming like Voltron.
Overall, it’s much better than most of the other NU books—but again, that’s damning with faint praise.
