A Morvanian dictator named Draxon poses in front of what looks a lot like a Flash emblem. Hulk helps some Jewish rebels take him down, masquerading as the ancient Hebrew mythical creature called The Golem. Barely a mention of the Jim Wilson story. It feels like this was a canned story, written before #130-132. There is a very nice wordless sequence, though, showing how Hulk gets to Monrovia.
