It’s another annual team up, and this time Red Tornado wants to be a person. This comic came out in 1969, and just a year earlier Marvel had debuted a red android who wanted to be human.
Hm.
But at least there’s some good old fashioned Wonder Woman bondage. That never gets old.
Oh, and most importantly, Black Canary’s husband dies. Look at the JLA cry at the grave site!
As a result, she joins the JLA and takes up permanent residence on Earth One.
