Series: X-Men (1991-2001, 2004-2008)

Created in 1991 to help fill the void of books about mutants.  

When Grant Morrison took over in 2001, he required that the book have a new title (“New X-Men”), but it still retained the numbering of the first volume, starting with #114.

Then it went back to being X-Men again.
