Series: Damage Control (all 3 1989, 1990, 1991 miniseries)

Marvel launched the first miniseries as a comedy feature, but it was popular enough that a second one came out pretty much right away.  D.C. are a company who clean up messes left after big superhero fights.

Their foreman was a Jack Kirby stand-in.
