This issue resolves some dangling plot items, establishes that Kurt’s new relationship with the Soulsword is de-aging him.

The team throws him a surprise birthday party, which is crashed by Mephisto in at attempt to set up a new Limbo storyline that won’t go further because this is the last issue.  Look carefully at the photo because standing by the railing on the raised platform are Darick Robertson and Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, I believe.
