Punisher kills a mobster who is haunted by the ghosts of men Punisher has killed, who want the criminal to avenge them. He also is obsessed with the idea of a giant squid, which eventually is what kills him.
This is a VERY weird Punisher story but, as with all the Ennis issues of Punisher, it’s great.
