Constrictor (who is strangely illustrated with a beak-like mask in this story) works through his own personal issues as a survivor of child abuse by helping a kid whose dad is a creep.
I really like it when anthology books are used to focus on “smaller” characters, and especially villains. So I’m predisposed to liking this issue, even with the shoddy art and the ham-handed “feel sorry for criminals because they were abused” plotline.
