Hulk is calling himself Bob Danner and has wrapped his head in bandages to disguise his true identity. In these issues, he gets into a fight with Chief Largo, and we learn that he can remove his own head.
He also fights Speedfreek, who slashes Hulk’s stomach.
When Hulk holds the wound to keep his guts inside his opened belly, his healing factor seals his hand to his body.
Ewwww.
There’s also an abortion subplot. David is weaving the issues of the day through this story about Hulk having to remain Hulk (because his Banner form is savage) and trying to be “undercover” to have a normal life with Betty.
