The rest of this issue is a character piece right up Warren Ellis’ alley: Rahne returns to Scotland and confronts the mutant-hating priest who raised her. Religion. Hatred. Lots of talk. Prime Ellis.
The team goes with her because the Reverend is abusing a mutant and they want to help, which makes for a bit of action in the issue as well.
We learn a bit about Rahne’s history here–and she’s a character who has been around for quite a while without much development.
