Steve Ditko provides guest art on an out-of-continuity story by regular series writer Ann Nocenti. Since the regular writer is on the issue, it’s not really a filler, but it doesn’t catch up with the Inferno tie-in story that started last issue.
The issue itself is adequate. It’s about The Owl and a street gang that sets a bunch of bombs around the city. They’re called The Bombers, and they wear bomber jackets…of course.
Also: Romita finally gets his own corner box.
