This is billed as a Fall of the Mutants tie-in (that’s Famine, a horseman of Apocalypse, above), but it’s nonessential. Mostly, it’s a one and done about a street gang operating in Hell’s Kitchen. Black Widow returns to help take them down.
It’s also the first appearance of Ammo. He leads the gang.
Creators Ann Nocenti and John Romita Jr. will be creating a bunch of characters as they build to a “boss level” issue where DD will fight them all.
