Writer and artist, but best known as a writer.  He’s a “writers’ writer,” too, joining that most rarified group of writers to be turned into an in-continuity character by another writer, when Brian. Michael Bendis cast him as The Sentry’s creators in New Avengers.  (And he really DID create Sentry, too!)
