Character: Whizzer (Robert Frank)

WWII version of Whizzer, who was on the Liberty Legion, All-Winner’s Squad, Invaders, and, briefly, Avengers (briefly).  Married Miss America and together they sired Nuklo.  This was a retcon, as it was previously suggested that they were the parents of Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver.

Robert Frank died in Vision and Scarlet Witch #2.
