Character: Soul Man (Jason McCall)

Preacher who got caught in the same gamma bomb explosion that turned Hulk into Mr. Fixit.  He barely has any appearances, but I had to tag him because of his name.  I wish Peter David had done more with the character, but it’s hard to criticize much about David’s Hulk run.  It was amazing.
